Mount Fuji, bullet trains, cherry blossoms, ramen, and the Tokyo skyline is what comes to mind when you think about Japan. Known as the Land of The Rising Sun, Japan is a country comprised of 6,852 islands with 430 being uninhabited.
You might never have considered going to Japan to discover some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Neither did I, till I discovered the Ryuku Islands, which happen to be part of Japan's Okinawa Prefecture.
